Keith Dyck and his wife Christine are the proud owners of Okanagan Street Food. As a young man in Edmonton Alberta, Keith started out at the entry level restaurant positions, dishwasher and busboy. It was then he set his sights on the culinary industry. Keith spent the next few years at The Keg over a mesquite grill serving countless steak dinners. At the age of 18, looking to further quench his desire to cook, he moved to a large hotel in Edmonton to begin his apprenticeship and attend the culinary program at Nait. A few years passed and opportunity came knocking in Kelowna BC, albeit not in the culinary world. Keith pursued that business opportunity and enjoyed many years of success. His passion for cooking always remained, and now he has come full circle and purchased Okanagan Street Food in 2021. He is honoured to carry on the legacy that was passed to him.
